MUST try PB Blossom Cookies! (GF, Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter 
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg (can do a flax egg)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda 
  • Justin's Mini Dark Chocolate PB cups (can use anything other chocolate you prefer here)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla and baking soda until well combined.
  • Scoop 2 TBSP of dough into a ball and set about 1 inch apart on cookie sheet
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and immediately press Mini PB Cup into each cookie.
  • ENJOY!! :)
